Really happy - the purchase was really quickly and I was able to pick up the car the following week and the car was in excellent condition when I picked it up in the showroom.

The Sales Consultant provided a friendly and knowledgeable response to all my questions of discovery about a Car l was seeing for the first time. Many of my questions may have seemed naive but they were all dealt with in a constructive manner.

Service levels are not what they used to be since the Soper days. Call centres, no-one calls you back. The phones just rings out when trying to get to the actual location's reception.

The service for brake fluid change was good. When you're told that your vehicle will be washed and valeted it sounds good. But when you collect, interior sills not done. No interior valet at all. Not impressed

My 15yr old £5000 X3 was recalled for emissions. I was still treated like royalty in my opinion. I was greeted at reception then met by Aimee who supplied me with a gorgeous 530e courtesy car. She was fantastic throughout and I had a great day .

I was kept informed the whole time my car was with Group 1 Lincoln, no work was carried out without my permission of which Aimee made sure she contacted me every time. Aimed was very attentive and didn't rush me to make decisions on work required.

In spite of not knowing how long my car would take, the customer service was brilliant. I only took my car for a recall, but they washed it & topped up my screen wash, rang when ready & although FoC, provided a detailed invoice & video of any issues.

The family run feel of the business has been lost. A simple process of booking in the car for a brake fluid change is now far too complicated. The call centre don't appear to know what's happening in Lincoln!

Have discussed cost with service dept afterwards to which they offered a small refund on one of the parts that hadn't been discounted at the time, but still high price. No refund Received yet and no reply to account details email sent.

Got a message that car was ready when I got there it was still in the workshop. Quite a long wait to leave the keys and a long wait to collect. Car was washed but dirty marks down windows etc. Had brilliant service for 8 years somewhat lacking now.

My WhatsApp on my car is not working I was told it was an app error. it hasnt worked properly for 3 weeks. No one has been able to get this working so I am going to wait one more week before bringing it back in as it shouldnt be not working.

The metal dust caps were removed off the tyres and replaced for plastic ones. The alloys had bright wax crayon on them signing which alloy for what area the car it was off. The car appeared to have a fast food smell in it as if it had been used.

I suggest you read my previous feedback. Your processes and procedures are in affective and totally unprofessional. If as a group you are on an acquisition trail then you need to have all back office procedures sorted.
