This was a PCP contract replacing a previous PCP plan the whole financial review settlement and new finance was seamless and well explained and met with our requirements

Stefan has been really helpful throughout the whole purchase of the vehicle. Only reason for not giving 5 stars would be for my car having a scratch on the bonnet and had to be resprayed. Only issue I had however got resolved in the end.

My WhatsApp on my car is not working I was told it was an app error. it hasnt worked properly for 3 weeks. No one has been able to get this working so I am going to wait one more week before bringing it back in as it shouldnt be not working.

The metal dust caps were removed off the tyres and replaced for plastic ones. The alloys had bright wax crayon on them signing which alloy for what area the car it was off. The car appeared to have a fast food smell in it as if it had been used.

I suggest you read my previous feedback. Your processes and procedures are in affective and totally unprofessional. If as a group you are on an acquisition trail then you need to have all back office procedures sorted.

Customer service was good and I assume the mechanic was too. However the system of paperless billing is flawed. I had to pay before I had seen the invoice which seems fundamentally wrong. Good for you but not for me! I do not receive emails by phone

The MOT was done within the time specified. The car was washed to a high standard. Eloise kept me up-to-date with progress and was professional.

I would have given 4 stars if I was charged for the repair and diagnosis of the cracking sounds coming from the right hand side of the steering rack. Aimee Piper thankfully convinced them to give this to me free of charge.

Totally satisfied with the service.so 5 stars for that. However the cover to my electrics has gone missing during the works. This is why I have only given 3 stars. It has been dealt with and a replacement is on the way so no dramas but needs noting

Was advised that my discs had been possibly contaminated causing vibrations when braking. Total rubbish response and I could not speak to the technician to elaborate. Just got quoted over £1,400 with no specific reason!.
