Upon arrival at 1.30pm, I needed to wait over 30 mins to hand the keys over for service, and upon my return to collect the vehicle 5.00pm I was asked to wait and if I wasn't seen in 1/2 hour go and find someone. In the end, I was seen after 40 mins.

Booking an appointment is quite easy and you're warm welcome by reception staff. Customer service representatives are very friendly and cooperative. You get a free car health check. Overall the inspection and repair services are great. Recommended !

The engineer didn't click the button to say the job was complete so wasted probably an hour waiting unnecessarily. The front of desk person should be have an eta for completion and chase rather than me the customer eventually running out of patience.

The physical service I can only assume was conducted as required which I cannot therefore fault. What was unacceptable was the 6 + hours it took to conduct an MOT, replace the brake fluid's and two tyres, while I waited in the customer area.

28th April B2MDX went for Warranty work. Not told what was done or parts fitted. When I drove away all Ok. The following morning problem back again. Tried phoning but impossible to talk to anyone. Sent several emails, no response. At the moment OK.

I booked my car in for an oil service and a recall. On collection, it transpired that my car was also due a brake fluid service next month, but the centre did not contact me to ask if I wanted this done. Not happy that I have to return the car again

When I took my car in for alloy refurbs, they used the wrong colour weights and left white marks all over. I had to take it back to have colour weights corrected and ask for them to be cleaned. Then at the MOT the car wasn't cleaned.
