Had to order new car as no cars with required specification. I had to do chasing about where we were with order. Monthly cost on PCP was worked out some months ago and was assured monthly premiums would come down. But did not come down.

The salesman told us the car had the Harman Kardon sound system. On collection it didn't. He brushed of our complaint and said the standard kit was good! No dual zone aircon (he said it could be configured). Paint protection not done properly.

Jack was a very good point of contact within the centre. At no point did the sale feel pressurised or rushed and his communication and help was very good and much appreciated. BMW finance were a little unhelpful, but Ben was around to help out.

I'm new to BMW Group 1 in Lincoln for servicing my X5, they also support our Mini which we have done so for a number of years. The service provided by Eloise for the X5 was superb, so much so I ended up purchasing a service plan for it 2 days later.

When I took my car in for alloy refurbs, they used the wrong colour weights and left white marks all over. I had to take it back to have colour weights corrected and ask for them to be cleaned. Then at the MOT the car wasn't cleaned.

Aimee and the lady on reception were amazing. They gave me regular updates and checked in with me. Delays in service were due to the parts carousel malfunctioning. I stayed longer than expected 9-2pm. Annoying but it happens.

As a loyal customer for over 15 years the service was terrible. From what was expected to be a 24 hour sensor repair. My car was kept for well over a week. Terrible communication, no car replacement. Left with 6miles of fuel when there was 60 before.
